Job Description: Private Client Lawyer – AI Team
Salary: Up to £65,000 dependent on experience
Locations: Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, Stratford upon Avon
CRA Consulting, in collaboration with Rob Addy, is seeking private client solicitors/fee earners to join a prestigious technical probate team. This is a unique opportunity to support an innovative AI integration within a leading legal services firm.

Role Overview:
As part of an exciting new initiative, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI tools to enhance the case review process and improve case management systems. Your role will involve leveraging your legal expertise to shape the AI technology, while managing a select caseload of probate cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology teams and third-party providers to develop AI machine learning opportunities within the probate department.
• Use legal expertise to tailor AI tools, ensuring accurate and purpose-fit outputs.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 complex probate cases, handling them end-to-end.
• Utilize the case management system to accurately record information and engage with clients via telephone and email.
• Work collaboratively with team support to continuously develop legal skills, with provided administrative assistance.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of case management systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant experience in private client law, or qualified in another legal area with experience in AI solutions.
• A keen interest in artificial intelligence and a drive to enhance services through innovative technology.
• Ability to use initiative and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Client-focused with the ability to build positive relationships remotely.
