About the Firm & Role:
Our client is a leading local law firm with an excellent presence in the local South Yorkshire market. With over 130 years of history, the firm prides itself on its approachable, thorough and professional service. These aspects have ensured the firm remains the go to firm for clients within the area. Offering a range of personal and business services an exciting opportunity has become available for a client focussed private client paralegal or fee earner to join the expanding private client team.
This role will see have the ability to run your own caseload consisting largely of wills and laps matters, attend client meetings as well as supporting on a wide range of matters probate and estate administration & court of protection. You will be working alongside an experienced private client partner and one other paralegal.
This role would be suitable for an individual with over 12 months experience in a previous private client paralegal role. You will be joining a knowledge and supportive team with opportunities for continued career progression.
About you:
- 12 months + wills and probate experience
- Ideally a proven ability to manage a caseload of wills and lpas matters
- Professional and detailed oriented
- Great communicator
