CRA Consutling are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national firm and deal with a broad range of Wills, Trusts and General Probate Matters.

The role will see you:

• Handle a wide range of matters such as Preparation of Wills, IHT/CGT Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts
• Work with directors to develop new business
• Consistently meet both individual and team targets and objectives
• Keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice of your area
• Financial control in regard to cash flow, account and billing

About you:

• Min. 3 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Experience in all mainstream private client matters
• Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Experienced with case management tools and MS Office programmes
• Good communicator and ability to create strong relationships with clients
