As a Property Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied and interesting caseload of property transactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Manage a diverse and rewarding caseload of residential property transactions, supported by a skilled assistant.
  • Client Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with clients, agents, solicitors, and key stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidence in all communications.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all work aligns with internal KPIs and SLAs, utilising the latest case management technology for efficiency and precision.
  • Mentorship: Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex legal matters and provide innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives, including completion targets.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a talented legal professional with the following skills and experience:

  • Expertise in Conveyancing: At least 2+ years’ experience managing your own caseload of property transactions. Experience with leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership is highly desirable.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A proven ability to deliver outstanding client care and communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time-management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office, ensuring work is accurate and efficient.
  • Proactive Mindset: A solutions-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
  • Leadership Potential: A natural team player who is confident in mentoring and supporting colleagues.
