About the Firm/Role:
CRA Legal are working with a leading specialist Conveyancing firm, part of an established law firm with offices across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern firm with a focus on technological expertise, with a varied caseload of clients local and national clients.

The role will see you:

• Run and manage a suitably sized caseload of sales and purchase files
• Meet individual targets and team targets, such as set KPIs and SLAs
• Work within referrers SLAs and requirements
• Communicate with clients, the team and other professionals over the phone, email and in meetings
• Utilise the in-house bespoke management system

About you:

• Proven ability to run and manage a residential conveyancing caseload
• Competent use of MS Office programmes
• Able to demonstrate technical ability in conveyancing transactions
• Knowledge and compliance of anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements and SRA compliance requirements
