CRA Consulting are working with a leading specialist Conveyancing business, part of an established law firm with offices across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern firm with a focus on technological expertise, with a varied caseload of clients from both locally and further afield.
The role will see you:
- Run and manage a suitably sized caseload of sales and purchases
- Meet individual targets and team targets, such as set KPIs and SLAs
- Work within referrers SLAs and requirements
- Communicate with clients, the team and other professionals over the phone, email and in meetings
- Utilise the in-house bespoke management system

About you:
- Min. 1 years’ experience
- Competent use of MS Office programmes
- Able to demonstrate technical ability in conveyancing transactions
- Knowledge and compliance of anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements and SRA compliance requirements
