The successful candidate will be joining a well-networked, highly-regarded and expert team of Residential conveyancers with experienced partners who drive a great work culture. 

The role will see you managing a caseload containing a wide range of residential property matters such as freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the firm and residential department. The firm have a proven history of development and progression for individuals who demonstrate the correct attributes.

About You

• 12 months+ experience working as a residential conveyancing fee earner
• Additional qualifications such as CLC, Cilex or qualified solicitors will be beneficial but not mandatory
