CRA Consulting are working with an established national law firm to recruit a contentious probate lawyer to work out of their Derby office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals and work with clients from across the Midlands.
The role will see you:

• Conducting litigation, especially relating to contentious probate
• Provide litigation support for Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Financial control such as cash flow control, account and billing procedures
• Manage support services
• Participate in business development
• Maintain a network of contacts

About you:

• Min. 3 years PQE in litigation
• Have a current caseload involving contensious trusts and probate matters
• Competent in MS Office programmes
• Familiarity with court appearances
• Ability to work with the elderly
• Existing ACTAPS membership desirable
