Role Overview:
As a Wills and Probate Legal Executive / Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, providing expert advice, and delivering high-quality service to clients. Your duties will include drafting wills, managing probate cases, advising on estate planning, and dealing with lasting powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of wills and probate matters.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning and administration.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
• Assist clients with the probate process and administration of estates.
• Advise on tax implications and asset distribution.
• Handle lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience in wills and probate.
• Strong knowledge of inheritance tax, estate planning, and administration.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
